Feel Stuck?
Â
Let's Change That.Â
Â
You don't need another complicated plan.
Â
You need a place to start, someone to guide you, and sustainable habits that work in your real life.
After years of feeding others in fancy restaurants and my own Bed and Breakfast, I learned one simple truth.
It is not that people don't like to cook, it is that they think great food seems unattainable, time consuming, and hard work.
I want to help you find your inner chef, make cooking a mindful activity; one that not only nourishes your body, but feeds your mind and soul.
You know something needs to change. You just don't know where to start.
Â
You’re busy. You’re tired. Maybe you’re relying on takeout, frozen meals, or whatever you can grab between everything else on your plate.
You’ve probably tried to make healthier choices before. Maybe you started strong, only to fall back into old habits when life got busy.
You don't need another complicated diet, rigid meal plan, or list of things you're doing wrong.
You need a realistic place to start—and someone who can help you move forward.
Maybe you’re here because…
You’re overwhelmed
You want to eat healthier and take better care of yourself, but life is already full. Cooking and healthy habits keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
Â
You’re stuck
You've tried to make changes before, but somehow you keep falling back into the same patterns.
You’re ready
You know something needs to change. You're ready to feel better, but you want an approach that's realistic—not another extreme plan.
If this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Getting healthier doesn't have to mean changing everything.
I believe lasting change begins with small, intentional choices.
Â
Instead of chasing perfection, I help you build practical habits around food, cooking, mindfulness, and everyday life—habits that actually fit into your life and can last beyond the latest diet or wellness trend.
Â
The goal isn't to become someone else.
It's to become a healthier, more confident version of yourself.
Regeneration starts with the foundation.
Â
I've spent much of my career studying food and soil.
Healthy soil isn't created overnight. It requires attention, nourishment, balance, and time.
And I believe people aren't that different.
When we've become depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the things that nourish us, the answer isn't always to push harder.
Sometimes we need to restore the foundation.
That's the philosophy behind my work today:
Regenerate yourself.
Create sustainable habits. Build a healthier life.

Growing up on a small farm in rural New Hampshire, I developed a deep connection to the land and to food.
My path since then has been anything but straight.
I've been a model, wrangler, construction worker, sales associate, catering manager, chef, business owner, educator, researcher, and agriculture professional.
I spent 20 years in hospitality as a classically trained chef before returning to school and ultimately earning my PhD in Soil Science from North Carolina State University.
Today, I'm the Director of Agriculture at Plantd, where I work at the intersection of agriculture, sustainability, and carbon capture.
But my professional credentials are only part of my story.
I've also experienced uncertainty, setbacks, reinvention, and the challenge of figuring out what comes next.
Those experiences are what taught me that getting unstuck isn't about having all the answers. It's about being willing to take the next step.
Let's ChatYou don't have to figure it out alone.
Wherever you are right now, there are different ways we can work together, many path to take.
